How these figures were collected, and what they do not say

Every number on this site was read from a public TrustMRR company profile on 6 November 2026. This is one dated snapshot. Nothing here updates on its own, and a figure published after that date is not on this site.

Where a revenue figure comes from

Revenue comes from a payment provider the company connected to its own profile, such as Stripe, Paddle, Polar or RevenueCat. It is not a survey answer, not a self typed number and not an estimate. That is the one field on these pages with a mechanical origin.

Everything else is declared by the company, including founding date, team size, funding, audience, pricing and the pitch. Those fields are self reported and unverified. A page that shows them is reporting what the profile says, not confirming it.

What an expired payment connection means

950 of 12,255 profiles show a payment connection that stopped reporting. On those pages the revenue figure is the last one the provider sent, so it is older than the snapshot date and it is not a current amount. This describes the state of the data. It is not an accusation, and it says nothing about whether the company is still trading.

What a blank figure means

3,433 of 12,255 profiles publish no revenue figure at all. Those pages say so in words. A blank cell is an absent figure, never a zero. Treating one as the other would turn a gap in the source into a claim about the company.

The statistics on this site, with their denominators

• 8,745 of 12,255 profiles publish a trailing twelve month revenue above zero. Among those 8,745, the median is 454 USD and the mean is 34,489 USD. The window is the twelve months before 6 November 2026. The scope is profiles published on TrustMRR, not all micro SaaS.
• The hundred largest of those 8,745 hold 65.4 percent of the 301,610,595 USD they report between them. That is why a mean describes almost nobody in this market.
• 2,342 of 12,255 profiles are listed for sale. 142 of those 2,342 also show an expired payment connection, so the revenue behind the asking price is frozen.

What this site is not

A profile appears here because its owner chose to publish it. Companies that never published are invisible to this snapshot, so nothing here is a sample of all micro SaaS and no share or percentage on this site describes the whole market.

An asking price is stated by a seller. It is not a valuation, not a verified figure and not an offer made by this site. A stated multiple is arithmetic on a self chosen price, so it inherits every limit of the revenue figure under it.
